Help: remove Webthunder clip from the computer!

I downloaded the webthunder to download movies. It makes my computer to run very slowly. THen I tried to uninstall it and delete it. However, I cannot delete this file: WebThunderBHO_011.dll. Can anyone give some advice? Thanks a lot!
