上網過程中經常遇到所有網頁關閉,謝謝高手指導！

請問如何解決這個難題，我上網過程中經常遇到跳出一個提示：

FIREFOX.EXE-application error
The instruction at "0x771ba6c8" referened memery at "0x000000", the memory could not be "Written".

然後不管點"ok", "No"，所有網頁就關閉了， 謝謝高手指導！
