Win98 電腦進不去了.請大俠幫忙!!

有一台舊WIN98電腦已不用了.最近因找一個舊FILE,就用了幾天.現在進不去了.一TURNＯＮ，有一紅色ＷＩＮＤＯＷ：ＮＡＶ　ＡＵＴＯ－ＰＲＯＴＥＣＴ　ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９８：　Ｕnable to determine the location of the configuration file [OK]. 當我敲了ＯＫ後，另一ＷＩＮＤＯＷ顯示：IE: This program has performed an illeagal operation and will be shut down.我根本進不了ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ．想一想，在最後一次用這台電腦時曾ＤＯＷＮＬＯＡＤ了ＦＩＲＥＦＯＸ，並選他做ＤＥＦＡＵＬＴ搜索引擎．不知大俠可有解．多謝！！
