如何實現home computer and office computer的文件傳輸

家裏通過Fritz!Box(DSL modem+router， without Hub or Switch)上網. 我從學校不能Ping家裏的IP。有什麽簡單方法實現兩台電腦的文件傳輸？先謝了。
