哪個筆記本的性價比更好？

同樣的550大洋，對於如下的本子，哪個性價比好些？第一個ACER的64位CPU較吸引我，第二個配置較全，但不知道THOSHIBA的可靠性和ACER相比怎麽樣？我主要是用來作WEB開發用的。
