HP OmniBook XE recovery disc

Dear Friends;I tried to install winXP in my HP OmniBook XE3 (previous Win98), and led to missing operating system. I checked the Hard Drive is there. Unfortually the recovery disc is missing.Doesany body know where I can get the particular recovery disc ?
