could not open some web page, anyone could help!!

Need help, Currently use CIBC web site (web banking), home page is fine, when login the web page could not be display, just like no connection or wrong web link. It happened before, I cleaned the 3721, it was for a while. Now it happened again,I check no 3721 exist. But not sure any other problem.

Win xp home sp1, in laptop. So version is ok. No recover CD or any CDs with the laptop. did not use ghost for backup before. that is the problem. Otherwise, it is smaple, reinstall.

Any one can give me help, really appreciate.
