dear all, i need help........

one of my friend used my computer and download popcorn,net software accidently. Now 3 days free trial expire, and i cannnot even delete it from my pc,each time when i turn on the screen, the window jump out, and ask me to pay the license, and it says that's the only way i can stop it.
what can i do now? my friend and me didn't even realize that the software is in my pc, maybe when we use internet, we clicked sth accidently. we don't know it. so sad! i'm afraid this is virus!
any xdjm has experience? please help!!!!!!!!
