Please help me solve this problem, thanks!

我發現我的WINDOWS MEDIAL PLAYER 或REALPLAYER 播放電影等VIDEO 時, 在屏幕的下1/4或1/5 出現一條發光帶,像電視壞的屏幕一樣,但不播放影像時,一切正常,電腦安裝WIN2000時我按一文章說的刪掉了一些或INACTIVATE了一些選項,結果出現了這毛病,不知哪位大蝦給個主意,多謝!!!
