DSL 還是CABLE？which is cheaper?

comcast cable is about 45 a month, with a basic TV is a must.or you have to pay $15 more.

about DSL, I found the price is $29.99 for yahoo DSL, but someone told me it will be higher after some time,normally $70 a month, is that true? who is using DSL? tell us the price?
