請教大家重裝係統

幫朋友買的dimension 9100. 因為流氓軟件原因，我把硬盤格式化了準備重裝。
現在的問題是，我進入bios設置之後，在boot sequence後麵，隻有
1. onboard or u***** floppy drive (not present),
2. onboard sata hard drive,
3. onboard ide drive (not present)
4. onboard or u***** cd-rom drive (not present)
5. USB device (not present)
所以，沒有其他選擇，隻能選擇2，硬盤啟動。
光驅電源線正常，我可以插入或者彈出盤。我檢查了數據線，按理講也是正常插入了。但是無法設置為光驅啟動。
啟動電腦後，顯示
NTLTR is missing,
press alt+ctrl+del to restart

請問我現在有什麽辦法？
另外，據朋友說曾經成功選擇光驅啟動，也看到選項安裝，修複和退出安裝。但選擇了安裝之後，說找不到可以安裝的硬盤。

請教高手。
