真誠求教: 用外接硬盤後, 電腦變慢了

前一陣買了個外接硬盤, 將DESKTOP上的近100G傳上外接硬盤後, 不知為啥, DESKTOP便變慢了, 特別是啟動DESKTOP和再向外接硬盤傳輸時. 不知有無辦法fix? 萬分感謝!
