Help - Install Win XP from PC card

I'm trying to install XP Pro on a IBM Thinkpad x30 with PCMCIA CD-ROM. Nothing on the hard drive as yet. After booting up from floppies and
formatting the hard drive, Setup stops and I receive the error message:

The following value in the .SIF file by Setup is corrupted or missing.
Value 0 on the line section SourceDisksFiles] with key "SP2.cab"
Setup cannot continue. To quit setup, press F3.

Have tried to set up 7 or 8 times now with the same results. Have remade the
boot floppies twice. Can anyone help? Thanks!
