時常會跳出 “Server Busy”

各位大俠：

我的電腦最近時常會跳出這樣的Messenge:

Server Busy

This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose ‘Switch To’ to activate the busy program and correct the problem. (有 “Switch To” and “Retry” buttons)

可是我並沒有運行其它的program. 一按Switch button就會出現Start List,而且要數次才會消掉這個“Server Busy”Messenge。請問有何辦法？
