Verizon DSL (14.95/month)的上網速度如何？

我現在用的是Verizon DSL (29.99/month)，它的最高速度有100Mbps，因為我平常上網也就查查email，不下載東西，所以我想換到Verizon DSL (14.95/month)，它的最高速度是768K，請問有朋友在用這種DSL嗎？它的速度怎麽樣？多謝！
