Virus found but can't deleted

I ran the antivirus and got a message saying:
C:Program FilesInternet Optimizeroptimize.exe
File is infected with "W32/Dyfuca.C" virus. The file could not be disinfected.
I went to that file but can't manually delete that file, please tell me what I should do, thanks!!
