From what you said: "我試著把接台式機的網線直接接到筆記本上也還是不行,可是筆記本在學校裏一插上網線接工作", I feel that your laptop may not be set correctly to work with your home network.
1. Check how you set up your desktop. If you see any difference between your laptop and desktop, try to set your laptop to the same setting on the desktop. After done, connect the cable to your laptop to see if it works fine.
2. If yes, setting up wireless connection according to your router manual, (make sure you broadcast your router's SSID), and try to connect to your router wirelessly.
3. If in step 1, your result is a no, then check if your have any proxy setting in your internet browser (for example, in IE, it's in Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings. If you see a check before Use a proxy server..., uncheck it). Again, you can compare the setting in your laptop with that on your desktop.
After trying above, I would say that it should work.
