求助, 無法登陸ftp server

最近電腦不知出了什麽問題, 登陸不了任何的ftp, 不管是用cuteftp,或是直接用
browser. 連更新軟件的repository都連不上. 查了一下cuteftp 已經被加道防火牆
的exception list中. 請高手幫忙想一下, 有可能是哪裏的問題, 下麵是用cuteftp
