DVD Player question

I know this might not be the right place to post this question, but I just don't know where else to post it. I like this deal on Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00083HJ5S/ref%3Dnosim/dealsea-20/104-4285507-2092739

but I am not sure if it is an American brand. To my experience, all Chinese and Japanese brands can play Chinese movies(Region 6). American brands,even though they are made in China, can not. So can someone tell me if Craig Electronic an American brand or Chinese? Thank you very much.
