You got it right about "免費軟件-下載".

But there is no "free" version of MS Office. Instead, you can try many free "Office" programs by other vendors. They are serious competitors to MS Office.

Same for most other purposes. Chances are you can often find some very nice freeware that can do the same or even better than shareware, etc.

Downloading software, freeware or not, from some named web sites is safer than from sites like "678.com", BTW.
