Somebody else asked a qutie similar question before. Try this:
1. Update your antivirus software, such as Norton or any others, first.
2. Use the antivirus software to scan your computer (as what you've already done), to see if any file has been infected by the virus. I guess that Download.Trojan and some others will be found out, but probably can not be quarantined or deleted easily by any antivirus software.
3. Write down the infected file name and location route.
4. Download a software called "Killbox".
5. Install and run Killbox to delete the infected file following the instructions.
You may solve the problem then.
Try it and good luck.
