1. Connect Landlord router's LAN port to your router's LAN port (not WAN port!)
2. Disable "DHCP" and set IP address to 192.168.2.2 on your router (your Landlord's router probably has an IP of 192.168.2.1). This basically set your router as an access point.

That's pretty much it.
