請問為什麽不能SYSTEM RESTORE？

前幾天從國內音樂網站上下載了一些歌，好像引起電腦問題。我試圖作SYSTEM RESTORE，
可是總是得到“CANNOT RESTORE”的回答。

為什麽不讓RESTORE？有何辦法解決這個問題？
