desktop上常常會彈出一個小窗口：Server Busy

最近我的desktop上常常會彈出一個小窗口：

Server Busy

This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose “Switch To” to activate the busy...，

但選“Switch To”後，就打開了Start list，要反複幾次才能消除。請問是怎麽回事？如何根除？謝謝。
