very strange ones. Unless UR sure that they are for some special and important needs, remove them from there (make a backup if you want to) and reboot. See what function/sw you miss. Anyway, it is usually unnecessary to run stuff at startup.

Also search your hd for them. Check txt, doc, readme files if there is any. Good exe/dll files should carry company info, etc. as well.
