ATI Raeon 9200 AGP 128MB 49$ after rebate from Fry's. Deal

Just got an ATI Raeon 9200 AGP 128MB 49$ after rebate from Fry's. Is this a deal? I upgrade it from XFX nVidia GF4 MX 4000. This new card is really much better than the old one. MX4000 crashes XP on my AMD athlon 64 3200+ all the time. First I think it might because of the motherboard or harddisk problem (DFI Lanparty UT nF3 250 GB, with 1.5G RAM). First I don’t think it’s video card problem. Because the motherboard is also nvidia chips. Later on I found out MX 4000 totally junk from googling. The motherboard is innocent. Nvidia even didn't put any info on their website for this. Shame on nvidia. ATI rocks. I am not a gammer. So I got what I pay for. Right? What I really need is just a stable system.
