Me too. www.9991.com, this 流氓 can't be deleted!

I have the same problem. My computer was invaded by a 流氓 www.9991.com. Microsoft Antispyware detected when this 流氓 tried to change my IE's home page to www.9991.com each time. However, MS Antispyware can block this 流氓 each time only but can not delete this 流氓. This 流氓 comes back every day on my computer. Very frustrasting. Could anybody please help me? Thanks a lot.
