If spybot does not work then you may have big problem.

Try procexp. (http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html)

Find which DLL is the target.

Then try to delete it from a clean boot. (Boot from Safe mode or DOS mode. If your are dual boot win/linux that will be beatiful, boot from linux then kill it! If not hope you are lucky).
