look, i am here just to be helpful, telling what I know, if you think you are good then you try to help, ok? look what u wrote:

1. wtf? u just need to get the ip of ur neighbor and put it in ur pc's nic config and then u can screw the whole network in ur office? hummm, soooo easy!

2.oh, use the dhcp server ip or default gw ip will screw the entire network? who the hell wants to be a system admin. every one knows how to get those ips, dont u?
