try this

右鍵點my network places,選屬性，右鍵點local area connection,選屬性，選advanced,在property欄中選類似’duplex model'或‘Speed’的選項，在右欄中會出現全雙工，半雙工以及100M　10M的組合項，還有auto detect.
試試auto detect 或低速有時會有幫助。good luck.
