 (YC) has one of the largest and most influential VC networks in the world. 

這個很重要， YC 的start up有access 這些VC 才是YC的優勢。Demo day的來的VC都是YC network。

YC也是這些VC的一個filter。 就跟名校一個作用。  

當然一個start up有能力一開始就拿到幾十米的VC funding，就無需YC來幫忙， 對絕大多數的start up，還是需要孵化的
