Catching a falling knife could give someone an illusion that a stock is cheap. But a stock which already lost 66% of the value, could easily lose another 50% if its business does not regain the growth.

Take Lulu as an example, many people buy it because it "looks" cheap on its way down from 500. But if LuLu does not get their act together, it can easily go to 100 range, which is almost another 40% drop from here.
