10% on revenue? 那AMZN把用它網站做business 的小企業當作自己的franchisee了lol，

我把amzn排在三個裏的最後一個，主要是因為它現在的leaders沒有Bazos當年的vision和passion, 還有就是公司比起Meta，Google，文化和待遇差不少，很難吸引到最優秀的人才。我的觀察是幾乎所有Meta的年輕人都是非常快樂的一天工作10幾個小時，google 有一部分是努力的有一部分在養老，而amzn是年輕人轉到其它公司的一個跳板。很有意思的一個現象。
