論壇管理的幾點思考

新論壇成立一個多月了，有些波折是正常的，nothing sails smoothly.

提幾點想法：

有不同投資理念和方法很正常，大家表達觀點時本著理解和尊重的原則，注意tone, focus on投資而不是人.

另外奉勸那些想來攪局的，我職場20多年經曆十幾場政治鬥爭還沒輸過，外表平靜但該決斷時雷曆風行當機立斷決不手軟，來10個馬甲也沒有用！

最後用最近寫的一篇英文reflection與大家共勉：

The highest state of life is not about deliberately clinging to simplicity, but about embracing every moment with a calm heart and finding joy in every gain. 

What I truly want to express is that no one in this world sails through life without challenges or always gets their way. Some may not worry about money but face other troubles. At all times, maintaining a peaceful mindset, unshaken by honor or disgrace, is key.
