NUAI just got a deal to build a 1,600 mile AI-ready fiber network across the state of Texas. They're providing the power, space, and network capacity that AI data centers and AI companies need but can't/dont want to build themselves.
So in a nutshell...they're going to make AI data centers less dependent on the strained Texas power grid and ensure steady energy supply (I live in Texas, and trust me...this is a big deal).
On top of this...they're planning a 250 MW on-site "power island" and longer term 1 GW capacity to directly feed AI and hyperscale data centers.
