That trial is a staged show. Most of the crimes committed by Bo, especially the important ones, were not mentioned in the trial. Bo did talk, but he kept his end of bargain too, never mentioned anything he was not supposed to say.

The family fortune of Bo is beyond $100 millions, and American government knows it well.
