誰能看懂和翻譯這些？

最近讀美國的the Declaration of Independence,中文沒有把英文的意思翻譯出來。
We hold these truths to be self-evident,that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with unalienable 
rights,that ....
首先是真理不證自明，那些真理不證自明？ all men are created equal, 為什麽隻提男人不提all men and women are created ?
Creator, 這裏是大寫的？

這好像是神學作品。
