You have a few options.

It is not very expensive ($124 here) in comparison to other moving tickets, and it won't get on your record. The easiest option is to just pay it. But if you want to fight it, go to police department and get a copy of the ticket. Read it to see if you can find any obvious mistakes (technicality issues), if you find something then you can go to court to challenge it. I never got this kind of ticket, but it  was almost impossible to challenge it in State of Washington even with a lawyer. I am not sure about your state, you may want to a traffic lawyer if you are serious about fighting it.
