One charge takes about 40 min, last about 4 hours

Light weighted, not much heat. Touch screen with win8 is ok too.  If you haven't try win8, it may take a while to adjust. But it is the future, you can't get around it.

The only thing  I am not sure is "instant on".  I think it is ok most of the time.
