From what has been revealed so far, it started with a minor car accident. The driver pulled over but these gangsters tried to hurt him
instead of calling police.  He feared for his own safety and the safety of his family so he started to run. It then stroke down a few bikers including one in critical condition. Almost 100% Youtube comments are for the driver.
