華爾街華裔女子性騷擾男同事被解雇 瘋狂求愛(圖)

中新網8月9日電據美國中文網報道,在華爾街工作的一名華裔女員工因為性騷擾一名男同事被解雇。盛怒之下,她開始騷擾前雇主的人力資源部,持續申請各種職位不下500次,終於前雇主忍無可忍把事情捅上法庭。
紐約當地媒體報道,家住布魯克林的33歲華裔女子常玲(Ling Chan)之前在華爾街的金融監管局(FINRA)上班。法庭文件顯示,被解雇之後,常玲不斷重複申請該機構的82個職位不下500次,全部被拒絕。盛怒之下,她開始在網上對其人力資源部經理展開報複,包括惡意評論,死亡威脅,以他的名義訂購同性戀色情雜誌。
金融監管局忍無可忍,在8日向曼哈頓法庭申請了針對常玲的禁令,想要阻止她繼續騷擾機構的員工。

事件的源頭起於2011年,常玲還在金融監管局上班時,瘋狂迷戀上一名男同事丹.斯莫(Dan Small),隨即對其展開求愛,百折不撓。在2012年的情人節,她約他出來喝咖啡約了五次,每次都被拒絕。她還不斷給心上人送禮,發短信述說真情。斯莫終於受不了,向單位投訴,常玲也答應不再騷擾他,但最終還是忍不住給他寫情書,終於在2月22日被該機構開除。
FINRA finally fired Chan on Feb. 22, 2012 - and she responded by flooding FINRA's computerized job board with 574 applications for 82 positions using at least 150 user accounts and 11 email addresses, the papers state.
Chan also "bombarded" FINRA's online ethics board with 154 complaints. She sent 129 complaints to the company's ombudsman and ignored repeated legal warnings to stop, the papers state.
Frustrated, Chan then trained her abuse on HR honcho John Braut with foul postings on various websites where she anonymously called him an "arrogant a-----e" and far worse, even going as far as to create a site specifically devoted to him on something called Jerk.
