給credit score 一個正確的觀念

1。mortgage interest rate 根據你的credit score range 調整，越高越容易得到低利息
2。credit card 少，或者申請多張credit cards, 卻不使用，對credit score 是傷害
3。credit card 申請的多，按時付清，會極大提升你的credit score
4。按時付mortgage Interest的credit score 遠遠超過按時付credit cards
