一個AGENT 去年11月買的康鬥，放到現在原價賣出，一直沒出租

她說本來給兒子買來住的，但兒子到佛州了。就拿出來賣。 大家覺得會有其他問題，還是AGENT 說的是實話？ 周邊環境還可以。 可能鄰居有問題？
