Offer in Shanghai (120w/yr+ bonus+ 35% extra for housing + child

SVP, need respond within a week. US basic salary $180K + 25% bonus. Spouse will remain in the States for one more year until kid goes to college. Employment is contract-based with yearly renewalable. Company is an international CRO with stable finance/revenues.
