中國式的比較

如果以“官民比”衡量中國的公務員數量，或者用公務員與勞動人口的比例計算，中國公務員的數量都不算高，比如美國的政府雇員，大約在2400萬左右，而美國的人口大約是3億。我們的公務員數量是700萬，即便把事業單位人員、國企的高層都加在裏麵，就算有5000萬人，跟13億一除，比例還是不大，這可能跟老百姓的直觀感覺有所差別。
