The han Chinese who has authority bullys uyghur and Han. That why Uyghur hate Han. The regular uyghur bully regular han because the legal system won't protect regular Han. That makes Uyghurs more violent, and makes racial segregation worse. Thesystem is brewing hatred on both side. It will explode down the road.
