There is a difference between glass ceiling and personal limit, most of the people especially Chinese, are blocked by the their own ability, they never get a chance to even touch the ceiling. One thing, influence without authority, will fail most of the people. For people who don't understand the concept of treating others as equals, it is just hopeless.
