現在的美國，以美國國債為本位（唯一世界儲備、結算和清償貨幣），控製了世界其它各國和經濟體的央行發鈔權。First by inflation, 表現為上一輪增發美國國債和GSE兩房債券並讓各央行購買，then by deflation, 表現為目前的1）拒絕向外國貸款，2）繼續把海量美元發往各國和經濟體的央行，以擠兌各國和經濟體現存貨幣量，人為造成各國融資困難。. . . will deprive the countries and economic entities of all property until their central banks wake-up worthless on their authorititive credit.
