新的房產稅出來後,是不是房子反而又漲了?

同一樓盤,去年底我在國內，正好是同學要給父母的三房APT400萬買下了,結果最近樓裏有人掛牌要450萬了. 大概是把那20%已經加進去了. 很瘋狂啊.
