請問，university of california decisions

朋友的孩子今年申請UCberkeley, 現在還沒有消息，說3／31deadline，可是有的小朋友好像已經有消息了。

大家知道UC的錄取通知是一次發出來，和藤校一樣，還是分批發。謝謝
